Hello everyone! 

I have decided that I want to start up a website/blog for my photography. It has been something I have been thinking about for some time now and I feel that it will give my photos more meaning. It’s a place for me to share more photos in addition to the stories behind them. Besides sharing some photos online such as 500px or Instagram, these photos remain left just stored on my phone or on my hard drive. If all else, these posts will serve to be a personal journal. One that I can look back on that is simple and organized. It is something that I can see where I have been, what I have done, and where I want to progress to. I may also choose to share more, such as photography tips or share some thoughts about life. For those who take the time to read - or at least browse through my galleries or blog, I thank you and truly hope that you enjoy it!

Kyra got in touch with me a while back and on this past weekend, we finally managed to get together and do a little shoot. The weather has been extremely cold lately (below -20 degrees Celsius), so I suggested shooting indoors with these gorgeous Christmas lights. What can I say, this spot was magical and we definitely felt the holiday spirit! It was a super fun shoot - even though it was a little bit different from the usual natural light portraits I tend to take.
