Mt. Baldy.

I started hiking during late fall last year and I’ve come to a conclusion that I’m addicted and have to do some more. This time Chloe, Natasha and I ventured out to Kananaskis on a beautiful (but windy), spring day to hike Mt. Baldy.

After a 0.7 km walk through the woods, we realized we took the wrong trail head and started the trail for Baldy Pass - apparently different from the Mt. Baldy hike. We turned around and found the proper trail head a bit further up the highway. This time we definitely knew we were on the right path as the trail proved to be all business and went straight up the mountain at a fair incline.

We made it up in just over an hour for some spectacular views over Barrier Lake.
