Theresa.

I hope everyone had a wonderful time over the holidays and was able to spend some quality time with friends and family! I know I did, and I may have eaten a little too much… Who am I kidding, I can never eat too much :P

Before I took off up to Red Deer (my hometown) for the Christmas weekend, Theresa and I took a quick drive out to Kananaskis for a little hike and some portraits, of course! Leaving Calgary, the roads were dry and the sky was clear. However, once we arrived at Upper Kananaskis Lake, the snow began to lightly fall, and the fog slowly rolled in - which made for a perfectly moody setting. The large amount of snow later on came in at the perfect time to bring us a very enjoyable White Christmas.

As always, enjoy the photos!

We also could help but spend a bit of time taking in some of the scenery itself.
